Jean has been exercising operational and technology risk management methodologies in both public and private service sectors. At Flatiron, he manages business resilience themed programs: Incident response, Disaster Recovery/BCP and Cybersecurity. He focuses his time on building teams and practices to respond, adapt, and learn from risk.

Liz is an advocate for the SRE and Observability communities with 17+ years of experience, and previously was an SRE working on products ranging from the Google Cloud Load Balancer to Google Flights. She plays classical piano, leads an EVE Online alliance, and advocates for transgender rights.
